This gorgeous place is The Little Inn of Bayfield. @thelittleinn I can tell you that I absolutely loved my stay and enjoyed many joyful moments here in this romantic, historic inn that sits in a heritage town on the shores of the Great Lake Huron.

This was my swirl wine from my last post. And I highly recommend it. @stratuswines makes fabulous wines and this Rosé is a summery delight. Flavours of peach and apricot stand out against the light sunshiny feeling of white roses. Spending time with girlfriends enjoying this chilled sipper was an absolute delight.

If you’re looking for a great read this summer, A Walk by the Sea by Krisztina Csiki @kriszwrites is a fantastic choice.

It’s #winewednesday and no better way than to celebrate with this yummy red from @peleewinery .

Loved this @beroniawines Tempranillo Elaboracion Especial 2019 from Rioja. A beautiful full-bodied wine with a rich garnet colour exploding with berry fruit flavours highlighted with vanilla. Tannins are strong, but smooth beautifully on decanting.

Who loves these fabulous old wine jugs? The correct term is Carboy or Demijohn and they are/were used to make wine. The green glass helps filter out UV rays to avoid oxidation, similar to red wine bottles.

Are you ready for the long weekend? Laying in the grass, reading a great book, enjoying a glass of wine. Sounds blissful doesn’t it?

Have you ever tried Vranac? This was my first time trying this varietal and wow! It was beautiful!

I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful version of Marquette from @bonnieheathestate winery.
